Kweekkraal Guest Farm offers airconditioned conference facilities on-site, ideal to connect, inform, brainstorm and inspire.

It accommodates comfortably 80 delegates seated on chairs only and 50 delegates seated at tables.

For larger groups the wedding reception hall may be used.

Bottled water and peppermints on the tables are included.

Meals and refreshments are offered to the clients needs.

This venue is ideal for Farmers Associations and Corporate Companies to inform and launch new products to delegates.

No data projector or screen on site, but can be arranged for at additional costs.

Accommodation is available in comfortable units – a home away from home.

Conference building available to be used.

Small kitchen space available. The client is responsible to make use of outside caterers, unless arranged otherwise.

Crockery: Dinner Plate, Side Plate, Soup/Desert Bowl, Cup and Saucer

Glasses: Champagne, Red Wine and Water. Cutlery: Knife, Fork, Soup Spoon, Desert Spoon, Tea Spoon and Cake Fork.

Parking available for all guests.
